When I was looking for a place I saw Flip's at 1 dollar sign with a rating of 4.7 stars. At first I said, "right, they had too many fake reviews!" so of course I had to try it and see... Let me tell you why it should have been 5 stars! First and best, the service was amazing! In spite of being busy, the staff worked together to make sure our cups were full. Second, value. The portions were awesomely large! I asked if a large fry would feed 3 of us and she said a small would probably do the job! We were hungry so I ordered a small fry, a small chili cheese fry and 3 single cheeseburgers. The chili cheese fries came out first and massively exceeded our expectations! They were huge with a very large portion of chili and shredded melted cheddar. The regular fries came next, and indeed it would have been sufficient for the 3 of us! Then the burgers. The burgers were seasoned extremely well, and the veggies, especially the tomatoes were very fresh and flavorful. Third, most of which I have already pointed out, Quality. The food and the atmosphere was very good quality, and the environment was simple yet very inviting. I live 40 minutes away, yet I can promise you I will be back. If you are traveling through, take the 5 minute drive off the interstate to a beautiful downtown area, and enjoy the best service, burgers and homestyle fries that you could possibly expect! You won't regret it!
Just like the mothership in Paris! Excellent food and quite possibly the best burger I have ever ate! Huge portions and here’s a hint, order a small fry, you will struggle to finish it, or have to take it home! WTG Cam and Angie!
The owners of Burgerland sold the business, and now it is called "Flips". The new owners changed the french fries to a thinner cut from the original at Burgerland; besides that the menu is identical. The mushroom Swiss burger was wonderful, and the fries were outstanding. The fry portions are still gigantic. We spent 16 and left stuffed. Kimberly was our waitress...even though she messed our order, she corrected it promptly and provided great customer service. Check this place out...great food, great decor and atmosphere.

I went here for a solo lunch today. Ienjoyed the atmosphere it w as laid back and friendly. The party melt was tasty and a medium order of French fries was way more than one person should eat. I can’t imagine finishing a large order. If you are looking for a good burger you can’t go wrong here.
Best burgers and fries! I keep telling people that and recently I got to take them to try it. They said I didn’t lie. I don’t know why or what magic they have, but geezo. So good. And have your fries with their homemade ranch. And don’t order a large fry unless you just got kicked off Survivor or you have 10 people in your party.
Absolutely loved this place. We randomly stopped in Sulphur Springs today after riding around. Came upon the downtown area (which is so nice and a must see). We were hungry for a good burger and were not disappointed. I got a double cheeseburger with bacon and mushroom with mayo and mustard. The wife had a burger salad. Both were scrumptious. The fries pictured were a small order if you can believe it. Overall was around 24 and we'll worth it. Cozy atmosphere. Great experience. Will be back again.
